Whenever possible we rely on primary sources first, then peer-reviewed scholarship, then reputable secondary works.

Citation Style
Articles use plain-language attribution within paragraphs (e.g., "according to the National Archives") with linked references at the end of major claims when applicable. We avoid undisclosed paraphrasing of copyrighted secondary works.

All historical images used on Whitebeavers are public-domain or openly licensed (Creative Commons). Each image carries a visible credit identifying the source repository.
